Organization Development Workshop with FACT Malawi

The past month, Eco-evolve Youth Movement participated in an intensive Organization Development and Management workshop which was organized by FACT Malawi at Kamuzu University of Health Sciences (KUHES), Blantyre. The organization was represented by Mr. Uchizi Kingsley John Mtambo who brought some key insights on Organizational Management, Resource Mobilization, Networking & Partnerships, as well as proposal writing.

This training could not have come at a better time! As a movement, we are committed to strengthening our structure, enhancing our capacity to deliver youth-centric projects, and aligning more effectively with our vision and mission. We firmly believe that youths are unparalleled catalysts for environmental sustainability, and this workshop has equipped us with the tools to drive meaningful change.
